for administration of municipal purchasing, civil defense and

Director (1966-1967) - Kaiie County (Illinois) Elgin Council
for Economic Opportunity. Initiated and administered the area's
first anti-poverty program

Council of Government (SEMCOG). Coordinated development of a
regional housing plan and provided technical assistance to local
governments
