David J. Watts came to Kelman Loria in 2005 after practicing workers compensation law for 30 years. He graduated from Monteith College at Wayne State University and Wayne State University Law School. He is a retired Commander of the Supply Corps of the United States Naval Reserve. He has an "AV" rating with Martindale-Hubbell and has given a number of presentations on workers compensation law. He is a Workers' Compensation Panel Member of the National Football League Players Association.
